Susav Pradhan

Susav comes to us from Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas. After carrying out his B.Sc (Hons.)  in Physics at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Brindavan Campus,  he undertook an M.Sc in Physics in Bangalore, before spending time working on Optical Tweezers for studying Membrane and Actin dynamics in axons at the Raman Research Institute.

He is currently studying for a PhD funded through The MacDiarmid Institute using Optical Tweezers to carry out microrheological studies of interesting biological entities, including the nuclei of cells, and the vesicles of the luvly hagfish.

He also plays guitar, engages in extreme cycling and is the king of the Momos.
