Katharina “Hurricane” Meyer has joined us for an Internship from the University of Applied Science Bremen, where she is studying for a degree program in biomimetics. She is currently using light scattering, rheological and analytical chemistry techniques in studies investigating the use of pectin as a biomaterial.
When she is not in the lab she is enjoying travelling in NZ, and when back home enjoys horse riding
