Obey Your Master!

July 10, 2015 by Bill Williams

Screen Shot 2015-07-10 at 5.41.07 PMCongratulations to Ben, who has successful obtained a Masters in Chemistry, with a thesis examining the use of Rheo-NMR in aligning liquid crystal phases for the measurement of residual dipolar couplings in protein structure determination. Good effort dude! Ben is continuing his studies and (after he has washed his hands) will be taking up a PhD Studentship with Dr Catherine Whitby 😉

Auf Wiedersehen !

Farewell to Katharina 😉 It’s been cool having Katharina Meyer around doing her Internship, now Hurricane is returning to Germany to complete her studies. Here we are saying farewell with Lily’s patented dumplings recipe ;-), and here is Katharina on the top of Mt Ngauruhoe modelling her farewell hat !

Conference trip: IUPAB in Brisbane

Amazing trip to Brisbane to attend the IUPAB 2014. Here there are a tiny sample of our adventures at Brisbane and also some more from the following trip, back in NZ, to Tongariro and the lakes near Taupo. We enjoyed the company of Jiří , a visiting czech proffesor and exceptional mussel cooker!
